About Us

Urban Comfort and Style Inc. was founded by Robert Parise.  Born into the family business of Scarboro Interiors Inc., where I still work full-time, I feel priviledged to have been able to work on many great furniture pieces over the years.  Having built numerous headboards as well, I decided to start a brand name and begin distribution via Scarboro Interiors. Inc.  This gives me access to a great showroom with plenty of fabrics for you to choose from. 

Having been a part of the custom furniture market for a long time, one thing is certain –
"there is no better way to get custom products than to deal directly with the person or persons actually making the product".  No one will work with as much pride or passion as those individuals and this is certainly reflected in the quality of my work. 

I look forward to working with you on creating a headboard that will reflect your own personal flair.  I respect that all our customers are unique, with differing tastes and styles.  By combining my experience and your preferences, I can build you a headboard that you will enjoy for many years.
